Jorge Moran grew up in the city of Atilxco, Puebla, a city very similar to San Miguel de Allende. There he began his career in real estate; in 1991 he opened his own agency, which became a very successful business (achieving annual sales of $10,000,000.00 USD).
The government of the State of Puebla, the IPV (Instituto Poblano de la Vivienda), the SEDECO (Secretariat of Economic Development of the State), the CANACO (National Chamber of Commerce) and international and national businesspeople were among Jorge’s clients. He thus became a key component of the development of the Puebla-Panama industrial corridor.
Jorge specializes in the purchase-sale of ranches, haciendas, land and eijdos. He has decided to try out his talent for sales here in San Miguel de Allende as part of the Royalty Real Estate team (as broker/owner), and we’re very excited to have him on board.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Jesús discovered San Miguel as a teenager while studying in Mexico City.
“It was one of those lucky accidents”, he remembers. One night as he was trying to drive to the ruins of Teotihuacan to see the “Light & Sound” show, he took the “wrong road” and after hours of driving “accidentally” ended up in San Miguel.
Now after many years of traveling extensively and living in different countries with his family’s import-export business, he has returned to live in the house he built in 1983.
The magnificent climate, the warmth of its people, and the wonderful fresh food produced in the area, in addition to the rich cultural environment; are some of the qualities which trapped his heart, and that he is willing to share with people who are looking for a unique place on earth, where they would like to spend a better part of their lives.
